- BA-26-013-VT WELFARE CENTRE
The Contracting Authority hereby invites tenderers to a competition for contract BA-26-013-VT-OMSORGSSENTER in Vestre. Toten municipality. Vestre Toten municipality shall construct a new welfare centre with a gross area of approx. 8,900 m2. The centre shall be located at Bøverbru on the site of the current nursing home. Drains/title no. 63/15. 48 nursing home places shall be constructed, 16 sheltered accommodation flats and 30 activity places. A flexible building shall be constructed that can take on the coming changes. The sheltered accommodation flats can be converted to institution places if needed. It is also an ambition for the project that the building shall be available and open to the local community. The existing nursing home shall be demolished as a part of this contract. The building shall be constructed with a total of 3 floors with a basement under parts of the building. The building is planned with steel and concrete with wooden facade, facade chip and metal cladding. Sensory gardens shall be developed in connection with the building. The terrain must be adapted to neighbouring buildings and retaining walls shall be established against neighbouring buildings. A superstructure shall be established that binds Gimlevegen sheltered accommodation flats together with the new sheltered accommodation centre.
