Bank Building Amot - general contract
Vinje municipality will rehabilitate and rebuild parts of the bank building at Amot.bankbygget will get a small extension to Contains technical room, cleaning room and a new windscreen that will serve the 2nd floor of the house. The extension is designed as an extension of existing annex With the windscreen for the NAV project, the full renovation of wardrobes and toilets and some office restrictions otherwise. In the bank part of the building, the spiral staircase should be removed and covered between the floors. Some building measures must also be taken to close deviations in fire safety. In addition If ventilation systems are to be replaced, the building will receive water -borne heat and lighting must be replaced to LED. An SD system will be established for the control of ventilation, heat and light. Existing fire center is switched to a new one with backwards compatability with existing smoke detectors. New detectors are established in The rebuilding areas and where the ceiling is rebuilt. A new soil spear and main earth rail with associated grounding for existing piping systems will be established.
