Description:
Bank building Åmot - general contract
Vinje Municipality will rehabilitate and rebuild parts of the bank building at Åmot. The bank building will have a small extension that will contain technical room, cleaning room and a new windscreen that will serve the 2nd floor of the house. The extension is designed as an extension of existing extensions with a windscreen to the NAV. Otherwise, the project includes a full renovation of wardrobes and toilets and some office resources. In the bank part of the building, the spiral staircase should be removed and covered between the floors. Some building measures must also be implemented to close deviations in fire safety. An SD system will be established for the control of ventilation, heat and light. Existing fire center is switched to a new one with backwards compatability with existing smoke detectors. New detectors are established in the rebuilding areas and where ceiling is being rebuilt. A new soil spear and main earth rail with associated grounding for existing pipe systems will be established.
