There is a need for digital knowledge in many industries. The labor market recruits to a greater extent than before for labor based on motivation and interest. Hobby within gaming can therefore be seen as a potential field of motivation and interest to develop skills in line with the needs of the labor market. The course must consist of basic programming. The purpose of the training is to develop the participants' digital skills in line with the needs of business, the participants' own intinterests and career goals.
