Tenders are invited to basic work and foundations for the CCS project
Short Description: Fortum Oslo heats (FOV) energy recovery facilities on Klemetsrud account for approximately 14% of Oslo CO2 emissions. FOV has entered into an agreement with the state as part of the longship project with financing a significant share of the cost of a carbon capture plant. The project is one of the most important contributions to reduce the city's emissions. FOV works actively to obtain the remaining financing and start the project as soon as possible.This request applies to basic work and foundation for carbon capture plants and intermediate storage on Klemetsrud as well as terminal at Oslo port (snap shear). FOV is the owner of the plant and will be a contract part for the work. The request applies to an execution contract (NS-8405) .This is a new announcement of previously canceled competition. The prerequisites for carrying out competition have changed in this announcement so that we will be able to assign a contract before achieving full financing of the project.
