• Description:
• Bergenhus local environment facility, turnkey contract The competition concerns total delivery for the development of local environmental facilities at Bergenhus School. This includes planning, project management/construction management, construction case management (all necessary applications), foundation work, erection/assembly etc. The competition applies to all elements required for the facility to be ready for use (turnkey). FAU at the school participates in the project with its own efforts. The value of the acquisition is estimated at approx. NOK 5,000,000 ex. VAT The volume is one estimate and is not binding on the client. For further information, we refer to the procurement documents. The client reserves the right to cancel the competition, including in connection with budgetary coverage and political approval. The caveat also applies to financing through gaming funds that were not promised at the time of the announcement. The duty to require an apprentice is considered to apply to this procurement, cf. Procurement Act § 7. See the attached seriousness provisions for more information.
