- Tenders are invited to better decision-making in the transport sector development of social billion analyzes and systematization of decision-relevant information.
Short description: The purpose of this assignment is to have an assessment of the needs and proposals for a program for further development of the decision-making basis in the transport sector based on the socio-economic analyzes. This includes mapping of current methods and best practices, as well as how the results of the analysis work as the transport activities can better be used in the decision-making basis in the sector and in the work on the national transport plan. With the delivery of Parts 1, 2 and 3 within 8th December 2021. In addition, there is an option (part 4) on further development in 2022 within a limit of NOK 1 million excluding VAT. The option will be considered during January 2022, so that this may be triggered and the work can be commenced tentatively in February 2022, with the goal of completion of the final report for part 4 by July 2022. Estimated total value of the contract including option is NOK 2, 5 million enough excl.mva.
