• Blood gas syringes with and without cannulas for the Health Organizations in the West The client wishes to enter into a framework agreement for blood gas syringes with and without a needle on behalf of the healthcare organizations in Helse Vest RHF. The customer estimates the following consumption during the agreement period: Part contract 1: Blood gas syringes with needles: 168,000 pcsPart contract 2: Blood gas syringes without needles: 107,000 pcs The stated consumption/scope is an estimate for information to the tenderer, and is not binding for future contract volume. The procurement stipulates that as a starting point must be offered one syringe per partial contract, which is well suited for use on all patients. This includes both adults, children and premature babies. If the provider has different syringes in its range that are not suitable for adults, children or premature children, it can however, different syringes are offered at the same price within one subcontract. It will be strongly emphasized that reliable/accurate analysis results can be obtained with the least possible amount of blood from the patients, and that the sample can be mixed well with the minimum volume required. Furthermore, in some cases there may be a need for reanalysis, and it is important that this too can be done with as little blood as possible from the patients.
