- BME EEA 2026-01 - Competition, Framework agreement construction management 2026-2030 The Norwegian Environment Agency plans, builds and maintains public urban spaces, playgrounds, parks, walking paths, roads, pedestrian and cycle paths, shortcuts and traffic safety measures. The agency expects i the contract period to have development projects of varying scope and complexity, including new facilities and rehabilitation of existing facilities including bridges and walls. The total investment budget has a scope of between NOK 300-400 million per year. The purpose of this procurement is to put in place a framework agreement for the purchase of services within the subject area of construction management. The framework agreement shall have a duration of 2 years with the possibility of periodic extension of up to 2 years, a total of a maximum of 4 years. A framework agreement will be entered into with 2 suppliers. Distribution of call-offs appears in the competition documents.
