Description : The contracting authority for this prior information notice is Bergen Municipality, c/o the Agency for Urban Environment.
The contracting authority will design a new park and beach at Store Lungegårdsvann in Bergen, and would like to plant natural vegetation that is found in western Norway. Due to the specific requirements set for the vegetation that is to be planted, this procurement of plants is being made as a separate contest. Trees, perennials, bushes, and bottom vegetation are to be planted. The beach zone must have suitable vegetation. See annex 1 (provisional plant list + questions) with proposals of species that are wanted in the new park and in the accompanying beach zone. Bystrand and the new Lungegårdspark are to be completed in 2024/2025. This means that the production of the plant material must occur in the period spring 2022 to spring 2024.
Annexes 2 and 3 have a map and an illustration of the relevant area.
