- The agreement shall cover the procurement of gas, transport and hire of containers for storing them, as well as necessary additional equipment needed to handle the gas cylinders. The contracting authority will publish a tender notice very soon. The aim of this prior information notice is to get feedback on the proposed award criteria for climate. See information under "further information" in this notice. The procurement consists of three parts/categories, see point 1.13.1 in accordance with the tender requirements. 1. Bottled gas. A contract shall be signed with one (1) tenderer. 2. Liquid gas and dry ice. A contract shall be signed with one (1) tenderer. 3. Liquid helium. A framework agreement shall be signed with two (2) tenderers.
