• Brundal connection - K1 Road worker Norwegian Public Roads Administration Development invites, on behalf of Trondheim municipality, to a competition with negotiation for the following contract work: K1 Road worker The Brundal connection is an environmental package project in Trondheim municipality, regulated in area regulation for Øvre Rotvoll, adopted by the city council on 20 May 2021 (case 90/21). Before the development on Øvre Rotvoll can be given a certificate of completion, the Brundals connection must be established. The purpose of the plan is to facilitate a good and dense residential area with meeting places, functional mix and public service provision. The plan provides for approximately 1,500 homes, a local centre, two kindergartens and sports facilities including a district pool. The Brundal connection, blue-green structures, cultural monuments and central elements in the cultural landscape are also included in the plan. The project includes an approx. 40 m long pedestrian and bicycle bridge. There is a significant volume of concrete walls. There is a significant amount of water and sewage work to be carried out in this contract, and the provisions of Trondheim Municipality's VAnorm are followed here. There is also considerable district heating work to be carried out and coordinated with Statkraft varme's contractor. A waste extraction facility will be established for future new buildings where main routes are laid in streets. There is also significant electrical work as well maintenance of existing cables and new facilities for streets and future buildings where the work is carried out in collaboration with Tensio.
