The purpose of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement for the purchase of business services with the aim of creating 500 new jobs in Halden during the contract period, strengthening the cooperation between Halden municipality and the business community, and contributing to Halden developing as an attractive municipality for establishment, growth and innovation. The supplier will be a central link between the municipality, the business community and external actors. The agreement involves coordination, implementation and development of measures that support Halden municipality's strategies and plans for business development and employment.
