Tenders are invited to purchase by evaluation of innovation Norway's startup financing
Short description: Innovation Norway wants to evaluate whether the organization's offerings to start-up companies hit the needs and are not overlapping with other people's instruments. It already exists good documentation on results and effects of innovation Norway's work with entrepreneurs [1]. There are well documented results and analyzes and we do not need to make similar profit and efficacy analyzes in this evaluation. However, using these results and effects as secondary sources, and possibly ask for additional analyzes on specific topics from these suppliers if it needs it, should be of course. See Appendix 2 Requirements specification for more information on the assignment. [1] Both customer power surveys (KEU - annual Surveys), Oxford Research and former contractors, from 2021, Oslo Economics AS in collaboration with NIFU, which takes over Keu, and MRS power indicators (econometric estimates - Matched Difference in Differences), Social Economic Analysis AS, Former Statistics Norway, provides both results and effects for entrepreneurs (sub-goals 1), and combinations of services and target groups.
