Description:
An accommodation at Linderud camp is to be completely renovated with new bathrooms in all accommodation rooms, new sanitary network and a new ventilation system with a unit on the roof including an electric boiler and a new glycol course for the heating battery. Control and monitoring of the ventilation unit and new glycol course must be specified and prepared forconnection to SD facilities. The roof is completely renovated, including conduits for ducts. The internal pipe system for sanitary needs to be replaced. The renovation also includes rebuilding a total of 13 units. larger end apartments, as well as shared kitchens. Internal surfaces must be surface treated (painted and sandblasted) and floor coverings are replaced. The electrical system is to be upgraded, including the replacement of lamps, emergency lights, electric panel ovens, sockets and charging points, as well as the design and installation of rooftop solar systems.
