- C06065/101224 - Construction of a new quarter - Haakonsvern (qualification phase) The assignment concerns the construction of a new quarter building - Jekten - at the Haakonsvern Orlogsstasjon for Forsvarsbygg. The building will accommodate 98 dormitories, of which 10 are universally designed, and will be constructed as a 5‑storey residential building with a plinth and four identical dormitories. The jetty is connected to the existing command post, the brig, via a universally designed footbridge. The building must satisfy TEK17, Forsvarsbygg's design requirements and relevant standards within fire, acoustics, energy, environment and technical facilities. Main content of the assignment: - Construction of a new quarter building approx. 4,270 m² BTA with 98 dormitories.- Delivery of technical systems- Preparation of outdoor areas- Footbridge to Briggen- Rig and operation on military area with special requirements for access, security, traffic and external environment.- The general contractor's responsibilities include complete planning, coordination with Forsvarsbygg's framework suppliers (AAK, SD, furniture, AV), as well as full FDV delivery and systematic completion.
