Description:
The assignment is for the construction of a new quarter building - Jekten - at Haakonsvern Orlogsstasjon for Forsvarsbygg.The building shall house 98 cabins, of which 10 are universally designed, and erected as a five-storey residential building with a base and four identical dorm plans. The jack shall be connected to the existing officer barracks, Briggen, via a universally designed footbridge. The building shall fulfil TEK17, the Norwegian Defence Estates Agency ́s engineering design requirements and relevant standards within fire, acoustics, energy, environment and technical installations.
