The municipality of Ringebu, S0r-Fron and Nord-Fron intends to enter into an operating agreement for the emptying of sewage sludge. The purpose of the procurement is to ensure a professional, efficient and environmentally friendly emptying and transport of sewage sludge from private sewage plants in Ringebu, S0r-Fron and Nord-Fron municipalities. The service must help fulfill the municipalities' cleaning requirements for sensitive areas, as well as ensure that emptying takes place in accordance with applicable agreements, regulations and predetermined emptying plans. The assignment must be carried out with a focus on quality, the environment and HSE, and the supplier must contribute to continuous improvement and transfer of experience between the municipalities.
