Campaign for recruitment to the water industry
Campaign/recruitment measures/instruments that highlight the water industry as a forward -looking, meaningful and technologically exciting career path. The project will: • Develop material that highlights the water industry as a relevant and attractive industry for young people with different backgrounds and expertise. • Increase interest in education and career in the water industry. • Contribute to municipalities and other players in the industry to easily use and adapt the material to local measures. • Stimulate increased interest in the social mission of the water industry. The first campaign should be ready for World Water Day 22.03.2026. Proposed deliveries We are open to input to deliveries, but have suggestions based on previous work. • Common message platform and tale of the role and opportunities of the water industry. • Materials produced for various social media and target groups. • Further development of the website norskvann.no/jobbmedvann as a common landing page and resource bank. • Simple brochure and digital handout materials for educational fairs and school visits. • Digital toolbox for local campaigns. • Annual national recruitment campaign towards application deadlines for education.
