• Care and respite services, framework agreement The competition applies to care and relief services, both round-the-clock and ambulatory services related to: - Care services and personal assistance for people with mental disorders, including at the same time substance abuse problems - Care service and personal assistance for people with adjustment problems and challenging behavior in social contexts - Care service and personal assistance for people with multi-functional disabilities, physical disabilities, mentally retarded and autistic - Relief services for people with adjustment problems and challenging behavior in social contexts The purpose of the contract is to regulate legal and practical conditions regarding the purchase of such services. The value of the acquisition is estimated at: NOK 50,000,000 ex. VAT per year. Maximum value for the entire agreement period, including any options and expected price increase: NOK 200,000,000 ex VAT. The need is uncertain. The volume can vary both up and down, and will i the agreement period may depend on, among other things, the client's needs, activities, budget situation and other framework factors. The procedure stated in point IV.1.1 of the announcement is incorrect. The correct procedure must be an open tender competition in accordance with the procurement regulations Section 30-1.
