Care homes
The purpose of the procurement is to build 10 care homes for the municipal department of health and coping. The homes must ensure a good housing offer for people with disabilities, where the municipality takes into account, among other things, the short distance to Båstadlund Work and Activity Centre, as well as access to a shop. Then political approval before the start of construction work. Interaction phase 2 is the execution, which is carried out according to the open book principle with incentives and 50/50 sharing. The project's interaction phase 1 entails extensive user participation and the involvement of residents with relatives/guardians, interest organizations such as the Norwegian Association for the Disabled (NFU), employees and management in the health sector in the municipality. In addition, the project requires a close dialogue with the housing bank to ensure that the project receives a housing bank grant, which is a financial prerequisite for construction to begin. The contract work involves the demolition of existing buildings and the establishment of new housing, including all works. The procurement is estimated to have a value of 60 million including VAT.
