The municipality of Narvik needs care homes with a living standard. Narvik Municipality wants to enter into an agreement with the developer to buy up to 40 turnkey care homes in a housing association or the owner -section joint. location (Bjerkvik and Ballangen). The municipality will buy the care homes together and sell these to residents in need of 24-hour health and care services. It is the municipality at the allocation office that will allocate housing and the apartments will be sold with clauses that, among other things, regulate price for resale.
