Description:
Caretaker services PURPOSE AND SCOPE Deichman needs to enter into a framework agreement for general janitorial services with one supplier. The purpose of the acquisition is to ensure that facilities function as intended, and that they are not exposed to damage and defects without this will be corrected with the necessary measures. The supplier must carry out various minor simple caretaker services such as moving furniture, minor repairs, and minor transport and handyman services. There is no need for technical operation or routine assignments. The amount of assignments will vary. Some tasks will be single tasks that can be carried out by one person, while others require completion at specific times and may involve several people over several days. The workplace will be at the main library in Bjørvika and the 19 other local libraries, cf. Appendix 1 appendix 1. The contract value is estimated at NOK 2,100,000. The estimate is indicative only and does not imply any obligation for the Client.
