Tenders are invited to Case / archive system
Short description: The competition concerns the acquisition of a complete case / archive solution based on Noark 5 with archive functionality and functions for case processing. The solution will have the opportunity for further development in line with national legal requirements and be in use in public administration today. The customer emphasizes that the solution is based on standard products and has a simple and user-friendly support for data capture, digital processing and signing and access to national common components. There shall be functions for integration with professional systems for the collection, maintenance and storage of documents worthy of preservation. The solution must be delivered as a cloud service (Saas solution). For further information, we refer to the procurement documents. A draft of the actual competition basis is attached to this qualification basis. The client reserves the right to make minor, non-significant changes in this basis before suppliers are invited to submit tenders.
