Case management and document management system
National Security Act § 5-3, respectively Unclassified platform (U), Restricted platform (B) and Confidential platform (K). For Ungraded platform one is wanted complete cloud solution, for Restricted and Confidential installation must take place on the Customer's platform. Restricted platform (B) and Confidential platform (K) are options that the Client can choose to trigger during the contract period. The supplier must offer and respond to all requirements for all platforms, although platform (B) and platform (K) are included as options. The client sees it as appropriate for NND that the same software forms the document management system on all three platforms. This is for reasons of operation, maintenance and user training. The acquisition includes the following elements: 1. Software for digital document production, case management and management 2. Operation and management services a. Complete cloud solution for Ungraded documentation b. Consulting services for software management and advice related to operation on the Customer's platform 3. Implementation project including training and import of historical databases 4. Consultancy services for further development of configuration, integrations, automation etc.
