Case processing and document management system
The client wants a shelf solution to be installed in three different safety classes according to. Act on National Security § 5-31, respectively ungraded platform (U), limited platform (b) and confidential platform (k). For ungraded platform, a complete cloud solution is desired, for limited and confidential installation should be done on the customer's platform. The client sees it as appropriate for the NND that the same software constitutes the document management system on all three platforms. This is for the sake of operation, maintenance and user training. The acquisition includes the following elements: 1. Digital document production, case processing and management 2. Operation and management services a. Complete cloud solution for unrestried documentation b. Consultant services for software management and advice related to operations on the customer's platform 3. Implementation projects. Integrations, automation, etc. A detailed description of the scope of the procurement is stated in Appendix 1 of the Agreement.
