The value of the acquisition is estimated at: NOK 12,000,000 ex. VAT per year. Maximum value for the entire agreement period, including any options and expected price increase: NOK 55,000,000 ex VAT. The need is uncertain. The volume can vary both up and down, and during the contract period will depend on, among other things, the client's needs, activities, budget situation and other framework factors. The procedure indicated under "Type of procedure" in point 2.1 of the announcement is incorrect. The correct procedure must be Open tendering. For further information, we refer to the procurement documents. The client considers that the acquisition of child welfare services for children and young people, where the core of the delivery is labour, will only have a marginal climate footprint and environmental impact. Other elements, such as the type of car the person drives, is considered to be outside the nature of the acquisition and is therefore not considered further. On the basis of its justification, the contracting authority will use the exception provision in § 7-9 fifth paragraph of the procurement regulations, as the procurement, by its nature, is assessed to have a climate footprint and an environmental impact that is insignificant.
