Brief about the acquisition: Aim and purpose It is planned to build a new city pier in the center of Mandal, which will strengthen the connection between Gagata and 0vrebyen, for soft road users along the river. The pier and the river promenade will receive a significant boost, and the area will appear as more available and attractive. The wharf will be used for traffic, outdoor dining and function as a recreation area in itself. Implementation model The procurement is organized as a turnkey contract (NS 8407). All execution and design subjects must be covered by the tenderer. Size • The new pier will have a total area of approx. 1400 m2, excluding option. • Option: Extension and connection of low wharf to the north to Alti wharf with an area of approx. 83 m2, in addition to area related to improvement of the quayside • Existing quay to be demolished has an area of approx. 264 m2. - Documents:
