Description:
Troms County, hereafter called the Contracting Authority, needs to enter into a framework agreement for the delivery of cleaning and catering products. The contract shall be part of the daily operation of the contracting authority ́s cleaners and canteens. The contracting authority would like to enter into a contract that covers the need we have for good and varied products, both for use in cleaning and for use in catering activities at our canteens. The contract shall ensure that the Contracting Authority achieves a cost effective and rational procurement of cleaning and catering products in accordance with the current laws and regulations. As part of the preparation phase, the Contracting Authority wants to carry out a market dialogue with all relevant tenderers. Troms County has formulated a set of questions in the attached document "Information on RFI - Cleaning and Catering Products in Troms County", which we hope relevant suppliers have the opportunity to answer. The response shall be sent directly in the document, under each of the points, and delivered digitally here in Mercell.Deadline for feedback is set to 04.07.2025. If there is a need for an extended feedback deadline, this can be clarified further.
