- Cleaning services - Sports, bathrooms and additional cleaning Bærum municipality, hereinafter referred to as the client, invites an open tender in connection with the conclusion of a contract for the purchase of cleaning services (referred to as Sports, bathrooms and additional cleaning). Principal must enter into an agreement for the following cleaning services: Regular and periodic cleaning at Bærum sports park (the BIP hall - which consists of sports halls, a swimming pool and athletics building). Regular and periodic cleaning at Nadderudhallen (which consists of a sports hall and swimming pool). Additional cleaning at other locations. See documentation for details of the assignments. On the basis of last year's consumption, it can be suggested that a total annual expenditure for sports and bathing of approx. NOK 3,500,000 excluding VAT. Annual withdrawal will be depending on economic framework conditions, political decisions and the market situation in general. Volume for additional cleaning for other locations will vary per year, but is estimated at approx. NOK 300,000-1,000,000 excluding VAT annually. Maximum total withdrawal for additional orders at other locations are NOK 8,000,000 excluding VAT. The client can terminate this part of the agreement without compensation when the maximum withdrawal for this has been reached. There is great uncertainty about the expected withdrawal of additional cleaning as a result the municipality's financial situation, consequently the estimated volume and maximum total withdrawal are difficult to calculate.
