Tenders are invited to coexistence - facilitation for collaboration on emergency preparedness and security across relevant sea and internationally
Short Description: The purpose of the contract is to investigate opportunities for cooperation on rescue preparedness across industries at sea. The study will include both existing and future industries at sea. The PSA has been given responsibility for the follow -up of the safety associated with two growing industries at sea, offshore wind and seabed minerals. The project will provide a basis for any strengthening of the emergency preparedness in the petroleum sector and new industries with a view to good common solutions in the form of: Mapping the opportunities to strengthen emergency preparedness at sea, and to reveal what potential there is in establishing cooperation between industries at sea Beyond today's solutions, as well as an assessment of realism in collaboration on emergency solutions.
