Tender is invited to a coffee agreement for the Metrological Institute and the Environment Directorate
Short Description: The agreement/procurement will promote the proportion of organic beverages, and that we want to commit the supplier (s) to ensure that the companies use a supplier that takes corporate social responsibility and has an ethically sound production chain, provided That the production of coffee and cocoa is risk areas. The Meteorological Institute has about 325 employees at Blindern in Oslo. During the next 4-year period, we will enter rented premises when Statsbygg will start the rehabilitation of our offices. We do not know today when the move will be, but when that happens, we want the supplier on this coffee agreement to move the machines to new office space. This will be described in more detail in the competition and in contract. The Environment Directorate has approx. 280 employees in Trondheim. In addition, we want to post an option to be able to deliver to our office in Oslo as well, with approx. 380 employees. The offices are located at Brattørkaia and Helsfyr.
