Description:
Bergen municipality shall replace the current patient journal system (EPJ), Visma Omsorg Profil. Visma Omsorg Profil is registered End-of-Life in 2030, will be replaced with Visma Flyt Health. Bergen municipality does not have an option to transition to the new system in the current agreement with Visma. Procurement and implementation of a new electronic patient journal must therefore be implemented for our services that currently use Visma Omsorg Profil. In order to ensure a continuous record, the procurement will include needs that are currently covered by DIPS GBD used in the Nursing Home Department, HsPro, which is used by the Department for Children and Family Affairs and CGM, which is used by the Health Services Department. The competition will be executed as a competitive dialogue. This involves great flexibility and room for action for us as the Contracting Authority, which we would like to manage with you in the best possible way. We strongly encourage you to familiarise yourself with this procurement procedure through information available i.a. on www.anskaffelser.no.Further rules on how we would like to carry out the dialogue will be accounted for by announcing the qualification documentation, which is planned to be carried out in Q3 2025. The entire process from the publication of qualification documentation, dialogue meetings, "test voucher" and tender phase with final contract signing(s) will last for approx. 14 months.
