- At Barduheimen, located at Setermoen in Bardu municipality, the kitchen's refrigeration and freezer system has reached the end of its technical service life and must be replaced with a new system. The kitchen produces food for around 40 residents and 40 users living at home. In addition, food is produced for around 200 nursery school children as well as something elsefood for meetings and events in the municipality. Plan 1 3 cold rooms and 1 freezer room Plan 2 kitchen with 2 cold rooms, 1 blower cooler, 1 packaging room and 1 Sovinox water cooler Total cooling requirement is approx. 2 kW for freezer, 5 kW for blast cooler (rapid cooler) and 8.4 kW for cooling purposes. In addition, there is an increased need for coolingthat the packing room must be able to maintain 11 C. The cooling requirement for the freezer room, cold room, waste room, packing room, blower cooler and water cooler is covered by 4 units. cooling units, which are located in an attic room on level 2. The cooling systems are of the DX type (direct expansion of refrigerant in evaporators) except for the water cooler,which has an internal compressor and emits heat directly to the kitchen. The cooling unit for the blower cooler emits heat directly to the attic room where it is located. The remaining three refrigerating units have heat output to a common condenser placed on the outer wall by the roof. Refrigerant medium in refrigerating units for ffreezing room and blower cooler are R404A (HFK). In refrigerating units for cold rooms, waste rooms, packaging rooms and water coolers on levels 1 and 2, the refrigerant is R449A (HFK mixture medium 24% HFK32, 25% HFK125, 26% HFK134a and 25% HFO1234yf) The assignment; Demolition of existing refrigeration systems and installation of new cooling system...
