PURPOSE AND SCOPE The Renovation and Recycling Agency (hereafter "REG" or "Client") must procure a new agreement for the collection of glass and metal packaging. The agreement includes both the collection of glass and metal packaging from the Client's return points and other collection units around the municipality, as well as transport of the collected waste to the reception facility, currently in Fredrikstad. Detailed information and requirements for the services can be found in Appendix 1 Requirements specification. The agreement has an annual estimated value of NOK 27,500,000. The client draws attention to that the estimate is based on past consumption, adjusted for price increases and estimated tonnage for the future. - Documents:
