- Steinkjerbygg KF is in need of assistance from a commercial real estate agent/broker in connection with the sale of commercial buildings in the centre of Steinkjer. Purpose of the procurement Steinkjerbygg KF and its underlying group would like to engage a real estate agent/broker who specialises in commercial real estate and project sales, combined with good knowledge of the business community in the Trøndelag region. The tenderer will provide real estate services in connection with the sale of the O2 house in Ogndalsvegen 2, 7713 Steinkjer. The tenderer with the offered personnel is expected to carry out the sale of the O2 building in a satisfactory manner. Furthermore, the offered personnel are expected to provide general consultancy, including strategic assessments, with regard to the sale of the property. It is preferred that the property is sold at the highest possible price and within a reasonable time. The tenderer must contribute in all parts of the sales process.
