In connection with the procurement process for a new electronic patient journal (EPJ) at Legevakten in Oslo (Oslo municipality), we offer the possibility for tenderers to company internship at the emergency room in order to gain better insight into the service and user needs. Oslo municipality believes it is important that potential tenderers have insight into how Legevakten i Oslo works, what work processes we have, what needs we have associated with IT systems and what we need from management information for the development of the services. By connecting suppliers more closely to our services, we would like to give suppliers the possibility to deliver better systems in a more efficient way. Only tenderers of EPJ or adjoining support systems that integrate with EPJ and with a user interface for health personnel and/or inhabitants (patient/relatives) will be able to do so. Relevant tenderers are also required to deliver systems within the timeframe of the procurement, estimated to 2025/2026. If you are a service provider and would like such an internship, please contact markedsdialog.helsedata@origo.oslo.kommune.no The likely period for such internship will be in September/October 2024. The extent will be 2-3 hours per day, initially during the day, with an option to see different functions on different days. The maximum number of days will be 3 days. The tenderer can have 1-3 persons.
