- Short Description: The project will identify energy efficiency measures implemented in the Nordic countries and which can be transferred to other Nordic countries. The study shall contain a survey of energy efficiency measures in the Nordic region. In addition, the survey will contain an assessment of the effect of the measures across the various sectors for energy efficiency, including "business/industry", "buildings" and "households" for each Nordic country. Finally, the project will include a barrier analysis for the implementation of energy efficiency measures.
