- The project will identify energy efficiency measures that have been implemented in the Nordic countries and that can be transferred to other Nordic countries. The study will include a survey of energy efficiency measures in the Nordic region. In addition, the survey will include an assessment of the effect of the measures across the various energy efficiency sectors, including "business/industry", "buildings" and "households" for each Nordic country. Finally, the project will include a barrier analysis for the implementation of the energy efficiency measures.
