• Competence management and e-learning system for the DGI municipalities Background Eidsvoll municipality carries out this procurement on behalf of the municipalities in the DGI collaboration, Øvre Romerike fire and rescue and DGI, with Ullensaker municipality as an option. Businesses need one common and holistic solution for competence management and e-learning across the organisations. The background for the acquisition is that the current solution does not sufficiently support the need for a comprehensive competence overview, systematic mapping of competence requirements and identification of skills gaps. There is also a lack of a common solution that provides uniform work processes, better management information and more efficient management of learning content and training measures. The purpose of the acquisition is to establish a user-friendly, secure and forward-looking cloud solution that supports comprehensive competence management and e-learning. The solution should contribute to employees, managers, HR and subject managers getting a better overview of competence, requirements and status, and provide a basis for targeted measures within onboarding, training and further development. It is particularly important for the client to put in place a solution that can be put into use quickly, with high user adoption and clear value early in the introduction.
