Description:
Competition basis for the hire of technique and stage/scenography Carmen 2027 Opera Østfold AS, hereinafter the Client, is a regional opera with four employees owned by Halden municipality and Østfold county municipality. The client aims to be a professional producing regional opera, with high artistic quality. The main task is to produce spectacular outdoor installations at Fredriksten Fortress. The opera will be the region's powerhouse within opera, music and performing arts. The opera must simultaneously have regional, national and international orientation. The purpose must be made visible through: to be an offer to the entire population of the region, own production and dissemination of high-quality opera productions, collaboration with other music and performing arts actors, to contribute to development of the region's art and cultural life.
