Competition basis Hob - Hebekk care homes - Prequalification
Nordre Follo municipality hereafter called the client plans to raise new care homes in Ski. Assignment expects that the number of elderly people in their own municipality will increase in the next 20 years and figures from Statistics Norway show that the number of older people over 80 years will double by 2040. The municipality's needs analyzes show that there will be a strong growth in the need for care homes for persons with the need for care and decision-making. To meet the need and be able to offer care homes, 70 care homes will be built on Hebekk with associated common areas, activity center, cafe and outdoor areas. The building will be planned and built for people with different degrees of cognitive failure and people with physical challenges. The care building should be a place that promotes well -being and joy of life among residents and employees. In addition, relatives and visitors of all age groups, and in various ways, will experience to feel welcome in the building. The care homes will have a central location and are within walking distance west of the Ski Center, about 1 km from the railway station and the bus terminal.
