- Short description: The purpose of the procurement is to meet the client's need for design, purchase, installation and commissioning of turnkey solar systems to Lom Helseheim in Lom municipality. Lom municipality has been granted support from the Housing Bank for the procurement of solar cells at Lom Helseheim, and in this context will enter into an agreement with a total supplier of turnkey, operational photovoltaic plants (solar cells, optimizers, inverters, cabling, management, prepared for communication against SD systems and necessary mounting brackets) where the supplier is responsible for design, installation and maintenance/service. The agreement includes design, delivery, assembly and subsequent service and maintenance of turnkey solar systems. The solar panels should be of the type monocrystallically in the order of 380W or higher power (W). Solar panels of the size 380W are set as a minimum requirement. These should not require any maintenance from the municipality other than periodic cleaning.
