An employee survey must be sent out every other year, but it must be supplemented with heart rate measurements 1-2 times a year. The heart rate measurements must build on the same professional basis as the employee survey and shall enable managers and HR more quickly to follow up selected factors from the employee survey. It must be possible to tailor the questionnaire. The employee survey should not be too long, preferably under 60 questions.
