Competition Entreprise - 420130 Klett -Spongdal - Demolition of Leirfallet treatment plant
The assignment applies to the demolition of a building at the former Leirfallet Sewage treatment plant, Leinstrandvegen 592. The treatment plant is from 1980, is a biological chemical plant that was taken out of operation in 2020. The base area of the plant is approximately 240 m2 and the building consists of basement, 1st floor and ceiling. The building with associated installations shall be demolished to the foundation wall and the basement floor is filled to the terrain level. Associated basins and wires shall be cleaned according to a more detailed description. In connection with the demolition work, it must be taken into account that the plant is close to the Gaulosen nature reserve.
