Short Description: Askøy municipality, department Water and drainage invite this to competition with negotiation for "E-LED10 transfer drain Juvik-Horsøy". The assignment is carried out as a general contract, according to NS 8405. The work is part of the overall project with the development of Horsøy and Skarholmen wastewater treatment plants. There are several large water and sewer projects on Askøy. The construction activity in the municipality has been great over several years and a lot is done to upgrade both capacity on water sources, height pool, wastewater treatment plants and not least the wiring. Among other things, new pipelines are added in connection with ongoing large road projects. NORCONSULT assists the municipality with builder counseling for the development of two wastewater treatment plants with associated wiring facilities, on Søre Askøy, respectively. Horsøy and Skarholmen.For further orientation on the project, the contract division and the contract work, see Part II - the contract basis. As a contract provisions, NS 8405 applies with the corrections that appear in Part II contract basis, points B.2 and B.3.
