• Competition with negotiation for the award of a service concession for canteen operation at Hellerud vgs PURPOSE AND SCOPE Oslo municipality v/ The Education Agency, hereinafter referred to as the client, invites an open tender in connection with the acquisition of service license for canteen operation at Hellerud vgs. The school wants an independent operator of the canteen from 01.08.2026. Independent operation means that canteen operators are financially responsible for purchasing, production, storage of goods and sales. Drifters have their own employees and covers all costs associated with these. Furthermore, businesses must have access to extra personnel in the event of illness. The school's canteen will be equipped for the production, storage and serving of hot and cold food. Operation in the form of vending machines is not accepted. Canteen purpose is to serve nutritious and varied food with the option of a simple breakfast, the main emphasis on lunch (hot food) and otherwise arranged for a generally good offer throughout the school day. Oslo School is concerned that our canteens appear sustainable. Daily opening hours should be adapted to the school day with offers from the start of school and at the end of the school day. There is an increasing proportion of vegetarians and vegans in schools, and we ask that the offer for these groups be described. Hellerud vgs Hellerud high school is located in the Alna district right by the Tveita center and has around 700 students and 125 employees. The school canteen is located in the school hall.
