Competition: Remodeling Security Post, R0nvik - Technical Work
A security item should be created that is dimensioned for eight places in the wing in (2nd floor). In the 2nd floor, the building will be stripped all the way down and Construction again with a new floor plan, there will also be new technical facilities. The current ventilation system serves all floors in Fl0yen. In a new solution, a new technical room is established in the basement for ventilation systems to operate the basement and the 1st floor. The rebuilding will mainly include works on the 2nd floor., Something works on the 1st floor in connection with a changed ventilation solution and new drains from the 2nd floor. In the basement there will be a new ventilation room and in the attic where existing ventilation systems will be upgraded. This technical contract applies to electrical and plumbing. The building work will is highlighted as a separate tender competition (separate contract). Survey is scheduled for Friday, June 13, 2025 at 13.30.
