Description:
Competition - Secondary treatment and phosphorus removal, Høvringen Renseanlegg 400115 The client invites an open tender for Secondary treatment and phosphorus removal Høvringen treatment plant (HØRA). Høvringen treatment plant is one of Trondheim municipality's two large sewage treatment plant, and cleans the sewage for ⅔ of the city's population. The treatment plant has been operated in accordance with requirements for extended primary treatment, but received a new discharge permit in 2024 which requires secondary treatment as well as a 40% reduction of phosphorus. Principal's deadline to fulfill these requirements is set for 01.01.2028. The supplier's deadline is 01.12.2027.
