This applies: Sub-contract 4 access sleeves for ureter (access sleeves for ureter are divided into two sub-contracts: access sleeves for ureter with ureter function and access sleeves for insanity without suction function). Sub -contract 12 Testicular prosthetic contract 14 Suprapubic catheter. Consumption of products covered is estimated at approx. 2.75mnok excl. VAT/year. The stated consumption is an estimate for information to the provider, and is not binding on future contract volume. Maximal value for the agreement is 12Mnok excl.
